Order

How do I place an order?

Placing an order at weloveties.nl is easy. Simply log into your account and follow the steps below. Don’t have an account? 

Create an account by clicking on log in. You can also place an order without an account. In that case, select the option 

‘I want to place an order without creating an account’ under log in.

1. Place your article(s) in the shopping basket.

2. When you have finished shopping, check your order; choose the country of delivery and, if applicable, enter a valid discount code.

3. Go to ‘Complete order’.

4. Check your personal details and, if necessary, change your delivery address.

5. Select your payment method.

6. If you have any remarks, type them in the box, and accept the general terms and conditions.

7. When all your information is correct, click on ‘Order and pay’.

All prices are including VAT.


Dispatch & delivery

When can I expect my delivery?

If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, and have placed your order on a week day (Monday-Friday) before 15.30 hours, and you payment was received, your order will be sent the same day. Orders that are placed and paid in the weekend, are sent out on the Monday. 

WE LOVE TIES has orders delivered by DPD & PostNL.

You will always receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received your payment and when your order is dispatched. This last e-mail will also give the DPD tracking number, enabling you to check when your order will be delivered.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over €35. This applies to all orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Other delivery fees apply for orders from all countries in the European Union. Click here to check the delivery fees for other countries in the European Union (PDF).

For orders under €35 from The Netherlands and Belgium, a delivery fee of €2.90 applies. The delivery fee for Germany is €3.90. For all other countries in the European Union, different delivery fees apply per country. Click here for the list (PDF).

If you order from an EU country, your package will be sent via PostNL. Other rates apply. Your package is sent with a Track & Trace code. The fee is €24.95 for orders up to €200.

What happens if the package is delivered when I’m not home?

DPD will always try to deliver your package twice. If you are not home, the delivery man will leave a card on the first attempt. You can then select a new delivery date and time. You can also select a different address or give permission that the package is left in a specific place.


Returns

How can I return a product?

WE LOVE TIES applies a trial period of 14 days for all orders, starting the day after delivery.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased article, you can return it to us.

Follow the instructions below to ensure your returned package is processed as quickly as possible:

Fill in the return form. This was in the box with your order:

1. Enter your name and the order number.

2. Enter the article number and the number of items you wish to return.

3. Select the reason for the return.

4. Place the form in the box with the returned articles.

5. Cut out the return address slip and stick this on the outside of the box. Clearly write your own name and address on the box (sender).

6. Ensure that the items you are returning are packaged safely, preferably in the original box or bag. 

7. Postage is payable by you. If you did not place enough stamps on the package or send the package cash on delivery, the package will not be accepted and the returned goods not credited.

8. Post the box yourself (if it fits through the letterbox, but beware: this is at your own risk) or hand it in at the post office or a PostNL service point and retain the receipt until we have processed your returns. 

Reimbursement will take place within 14 working days of delivery of your returns.

Which payment options does weloveties.nl offer?

iDEAL, online banking (ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers). No additional fee applies if you pay via iDeal.



Creditcard,
we accept Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. No additional fee applies if you pay with credit card, but your own credit card company may charge a fee.



PayPal

Bancontact/Mister Cash
for Belgian customers of Fintro, Fortis, ING, Dexia, CBC, KBC, AXA or VDK Spaarbank




Sofort Banking
is a payment method available in 9 European countries, and very popular in Germany. It is a direct and safe way to pay online through your own ban. Sofort Banking is TÜV certified. Sofort Banking is available for customers with a bank account in the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France and Poland.




Gift card
(issued by We Love Ties) The gift card is valid for one year and is redeemable at any time when you buy We Love Ties articles in the online shop.
Enter the unique code on the card to deduct the gift card value from the payable amount. You don’t have to spend the full amount in one go. Any money left on the gift card will remain valid. If you order more than the gift card amount, you can pay the remainder using one of the payment methods indicated.  The We Love Ties gift card cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for money.


Via bank transfer. You can transfer the total amount due to IBAN No. NL58ABNA0498519473, in name of WE LOVE TIES in Valkenswaard, The Netherlands ( SWIFT/BIC Code: ABNANL2A), quoting your order number.
In the event of a bank transfer, it may take a number of days before your payment is received. Because your order will only be processed after your payment is received, you should take into account that the delivery time will be longer.


 Always make your payments per order and state the order number as a payment reference.

We use the payment provider Pay.nl to process our payments. This a safe and problem-free way to process your order.

Complaints

We have processed your order with the utmost care. However, it is possible that you are not happy about an article. Contact us as soon as possible.
