How to order?

The website allows you to perform an extensive search through our collection of ties, scarves and accessories. The ordering process is  described briefly below.

1. Shopping cart: Find your product, select the number, choose a gift box where applicable and click the order button.

2. Verification: Please check the articles you ordered. To change anything, click ‘edit’. To remove something, click ‘remove’. To add articles, click ‘continue shopping’. Finally, click the order button.

3. Your details: Please enter your address details here. Then click ‘verify data'

4. Verification: Check your details. Then click ‘finalize order and payment’'.

5. Your payment: Choose your payment method. You can choose advance payment by bank transfer or credit card.

6. Completion: Here you can complete your payment. For financial settlement, we use payment provider Buckaroo, in order to guarantee safe and smooth order processing.
As soon as we have processed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Shipping

For its deliveries, WE LOVE TIES utilizes the services of PostNL & DPD.
On receipt of a direct payment of advance payment prior to 3.30 PM (except on Saturdays and Sundays) we usually ship the order the same day. If articles have a longer delivery period the buyer will be notified by e-mail.

All articles are shipped in a sturdy and solid box.

For shipping with DPD, you need to be present at the shipping address provided, to collect the package.

Returns

WE LOVE TIES uses a trial period of 14 days, starting the day after receipt by or on behalf of the buyer.
You can return the article by sending an e-mail to customerservice@weloveties.com including the following details:
- order number
- name & bank account number
- reason of the return shipment

Return shipment of the articles will only be accepted if:
- the return shipment was registered through customerservice@weloveties.com in advance
- articles were purchased at WE LOVE TIES
- articles are undamaged, unworn and unwashed
- articles have the original label attached
- articles are returned in the original, solid packaging
- the envelope or package has sufficient postage. (Shipments without sufficient postage and COD packages are not accepted and / or credited).

Clearly include your name and address on the return envelope. The costs and shipping risk of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
the amount to be reimbursed (excl. shipping costs) will be transferred to your account within 14 work days after receipt.

Of course, it’s always possible that you are not happy with a product or service. In that case, contact us as soon as possible.
