Polyester necktie
A stain, now what? Before you start cleaning the stain on your necktie, please check the narrow end of the tie. There should be a black label indicating whether the necktie is made of silk or polyester.

Is your necktie made of polyester? A polyester necktie is easy to clean. Simply wash it in lukewarm soapy water, using a detergent for delicate laundry. Wash the necktie by hand and rinse carefully. Hang it outside to dry, hanging it from the tip (narrowest point) of the tie. If you want to iron the necktie, use the lowest setting on your iron.

Delivery and shipping costs
For orders from € 50.- you pay no shipping costs, this applies to all orders from the Netherlands. For orders from Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are € 7.90 for all orders. For orders from all countries within the European Union (EU) different shipping costs apply per country. See shipping costs for other countries within the European Union (EU) here.

For orders less than € 50, - you will pay € 5.90 shipping costs in the Netherlands.

If you order from a country outside the European Union (EU), we will send the package with Post NL. Different rates apply. Your package will be sent with a track and trace code. The costs are € 39.95 excluding import duties.

Right of return
WE LOVE TIES uses an approval period of 14 days, starting the day after receipt. When, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased article, you can return it. Read more about returning an order.
