Delivery and shipping costsFor orders from € 50.- you pay no shipping costs, this applies to all orders from the Netherlands. For orders from Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are € 7.90 for all orders. For orders from all countries within the European Union (EU) different shipping costs apply per country. For orders less than € 50, - you will pay € 5.90 shipping costs in the Netherlands.
If you order from a country outside the European Union (EU), we will send the package with Post NL. Different rates apply. Your package will be sent with a track and trace code. The costs are € 39.95 excluding import duties.
PaymentAt weloveties.com you decide how you want to pay. You can pay with iDEAL, Credit Card (Maestro, MasterCard and Visa), Bancontact/Mister Cash, Sofort Banking, PayPal, a We Love Ties Gift Voucher or by bank transfer.
Right of returnWE LOVE TIES uses an approval period of 14 days, starting the day after receipt. When, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased article, you can return it.
